Mr. Subhash Chander Goyal, the idealistic leader of the Shivalik Group, began his journey in 1989 in Delhi with the vision of strengthening the domestic footwear industry using the latest fabrics and foams. During his journey, he also believed that Eva-foam has a bright future in a wide range of businesses. He is currently the Chairman and Director of Arcturus Foam Industries Pvt. Ltd. and a supporter of a new era of thinking dynamics.

Mr. Akash Goyal is a young and enthusiastic entrepreneur with over ten plus years of experience as a Chief Marketing Officer and Full-time Director at Shivalik Group. He is currently the Founder and Managing Director of Arcturus Foam Industries Pvt. Ltd. His vision is to become the leading yoga mat manufacturer in the world and represent India on global platforms. He is also an Executive Chair Member of Confederation of Indian Footwear Industries and has won several awards at international and domestic trade shows.

Mrs. Swati Goyal is a young entrepreneur who formerly managed operations at all levels of production at Shivalik Group and is currently the Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Arcturus Foam Industries Pvt. Ltd. Her aim in life is to "Grow Together." She firmly believes that India has untapped potential; that if given the correct chance, guided mentorship, and well-remunerated in all parts of life, we can lead the world with a value system based on love, peace, and happiness.
